- Less than 25% of course materials have been accessed
- No downloadable resources have been obtained
- Course cancellation due to insufficient enrollment numbers
- Technical issues preventing course access for more than 5 business days
- Medical circumstances with appropriate documentation
Refund eligibility is reviewed case-by-case. We consider individual circumstances while maintaining fairness for all students.
Refund Process
Getting your refund processed is straightforward. Here's what happens once you submit your request:
- Submit refund request through your student dashboard or email
- Provide enrollment details and reason for refund request
- Our team reviews your request within 3-5 business days
- You'll receive email confirmation of approval or additional requirements
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund appears on original payment method within 5-15 business days
Payment Method Considerations
Refund processing times vary based on your original payment method:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Bank Transfers: 7-15 business days after processing
- Corporate Payments: 10-20 business days after processing
We cannot expedite bank processing times. Contact your financial institution if refunds don't appear within expected timeframes.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Certain situations do not qualify for refunds under our policy:
- Course completion rate exceeds 25% of total content
- Requests submitted after 14-day window without valid exception
- Downloaded course materials, worksheets, or exclusive resources
- Participation in live sessions or one-on-one consultations
- Change of mind after accessing significant course content
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice

Completion
Refund appears on your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notice
Partial refunds may apply in specific circumstances. Students who have completed between 10-25% of course content may be eligible for partial refunds at management discretion.
Course transfers to future programs are available as an alternative to refunds. Transfer requests must be made within the same 14-day window and are subject to program availability.
All refund decisions are final. We don't offer appeals processes for denied refund requests, though we're always happy to discuss alternative solutions.
